Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, promoting our products and services effectively
- Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions within CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar software
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation processes and optimise outreach efforts
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead sources
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for management review
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or equivalent platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in outbound calling, email campaigns, or digital outreach strategies is preferred
