We are seeking a high-calibre, forward-thinking Unit Manager to lead operations at Batts Combe Quarry. This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for delivering excellence across safety, environmental performance, cost control, quality, and customer service.
As a key leader on site, you will drive operational performance day-to-day while embedding a culture of continuous improvement. You'll inspire and develop your team, enhance efficiency, and ensure the site consistently performs at the highest possible standard.
As Unit Manager, you will lead, direct and develop the operational team to achieve key business objectives, with a focus on:
Health & Safety

Champion a culture of safety excellence in line with Heidelberg Materials' Health & Safety Plan

Drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest safety standards are met
Environmental Performance

Operate in line with environmental management plans
