We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Leeds studio on a part-time basis (15 hours per week). You’ll lend your skills to everything from invoicing to purchase orders. Level-headed, adaptable, and passionate, you’ll bring a collaborative approach to the table.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively managing and requesting purchase orders from clients
- Keeping our in-house system up to date with purchase order details
- Taking full ownership of processing payments for planning applications and maintaining records on Excel
- Raising sales invoices with precision using Xero
- Managing the accounts inbox, and replying to enquires promptly
- Monitor outstanding payments and actively chase debtors to ensure timely collection
- Ordering studio supplies and arranging travel/accomodation
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven expertise in Xero and Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel
- A sharp eye for detail, with strong organisational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently deliver results in a fast-moving environment
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships
