We are looking for someone to join our sales team to initially help cover the UK market during a period of long-term sickness within the department. After which, if the candidate performs well, there will be an opportunity to make the role permanent in another Sales area within the business.
The role involves both maintaining existing customer relationships and helping grow UK sales opportunities within the business. You will be dealing with fresh and frozen seafood products, speaking with customers daily, managing orders, and working closely with our factory and buying teams to keep everything running smoothly.
The seafood industry moves quickly, so no two days are ever the same. We are looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with customers, commercially minded, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sales is important, and seafood or food industry knowledge would definitely be an advantage.
The role includes:
- Looking after existing UK customer accounts
- Developing and building new sales opportunities
- Speaking with customers daily regarding orders, pricing, and availability
- Building strong customer relationships
- Working closely with production and procurement teams
- Helping manage the day-to-day flow of sales and orders

- Has good organisation and communication skills
- Can work well under pressure
- Is reliable, motivated, and commercially aware
- Has previous sales experience
- Ideally has experience within seafood or food production
