This is a permanent, full time roll.
Working closely with work colleagues to assist in the production of all the menu items whilst maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in line with Food Safety Standards throughout all areas of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
· Preparation and presentation of Deli sandwiches, menu items, readymade soups, meals, smoothies and baked goods for breakfast and lunch service in a consistent manner in line with Madeleine’s style.
· Cutting & Plating food for the display counter.
· Ensuring all fridge and freezer food levels are maintained according to Madeleine’s Deli standards and are in date and rotated.
· Ensuring the washing up is kept up with and the washing up area is kept clean and tidy.
· Ensure packaging & food stock levels are maintained
· Work within the Safer Food Better Business guidelines.
Experience:
· Experience of working in a busy customer service kitchen
Skills & Qualifications
· Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 essential or gained within role.

Pay: £12.75-£13.00 per hour
