- Hours: Contracted to a guarantee of 40 hours per week over 5 shifts on average per week throughout the year.
Salary & Pay Rate:
- Annual Salary:£33,800 (based on 40 hours per week)
- Hourly Rate: £16.25 (The role is paid at an hourly rate for all hours worked)

About the role
As the Wedding Catering Manager for Bredenbury Court, you will be the local leader in delivering high standards, memorable weddings, and managing a team who cares as much about the guest experience as you do. You’ll have accountability for business performance, people experience, and operational execution, all with direct support from the Venue Operations Manager and wider Central Support Teams
The Wedding Catering Manager will carry overall responsibility for service touchpoints, complex issue resolution, staff development planning, and quality control for all venues under your remit.

You’ll run approximately 2 weddings per week on average with the rest of the week made up of business management tasks (other weddings at the venue being ran by Managers under your structure). You will oversee standards delivered by your Managers and Supervisors under your control to deliver venue specific operational excellence, ensuring all administrative, service, compliance, recruitment and training, are consistently met.
