What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Foster Lawson, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop new business through outreach, networking, and market research
- Source, interview, and qualify high-calibre candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement
- Work towards clear, achievable targets
- Become a specialist in your chosen market
