Job Summary:
Piramide Enterprise Technology & Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the organization's technology vision, digital innovation initiatives, and enterprise infrastructure strategy. What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the company's overall technology and innovation strategy
- Lead enterprise technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee technology architecture, systems modernization, and platform scalability
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices
- Establish technology governance, performance metrics, and operational standards
- Manage technology budgets, investments, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships
- Lead and develop high-performing engineering, infrastructure, and technology teams
- Ensure business continuity, security, reliability, and operational resilience across technology environments
- Evaluate industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance organizational competitiveness
Requirements:
- Experience in technology leadership, software development, IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, or digital transformation roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and technology operations
- Proven leadership and organizational management capabilities
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives and business transformation projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Commercial awareness and ability to align technology with business growth objectives
- Relevant certifications, technical qualifications, or equivalent leadership experience are advantageous but not essential

Pay: £12,000.00-£19,000.00 per month
