About Us
Kutchenhaus Cheltenham is a premium German kitchen showroom specialising in high-quality kitchen design and customer service.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and reliable individual to support our growing business on Saturdays.
This role would be particularly suitable for somebody with an interest in marketing, social media, interiors, design or customer service.
The Role
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Taking photos and videos for marketing purposes
- Assisting with Facebook and Instagram content
- Following up enquiries and helping to book appointments
- Welcoming customers into the showroom
- Providing refreshments during customer consultations
- Assisting with customer enquiries and walk-in visitors
- Supporting the team with general administrative and customer service tasks
- Maintaining a professional showroom environment
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and confident personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Interest in marketing, social media, interiors or design
- Professional appearance and attitude
Previous experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Hours
- Typically 3 Saturdays per month
- Approximately 15 hours per month
- Occasional flexibility may be required
