Social Worker – Adults Support & Protection Team
Location: Dundee
Pay Rate: £42 per hour

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join an Adults Support & Protection Team in Dundee. This role focuses on safeguarding vulnerable adults, managing complex risk, and ensuring appropriate protection planning is delivered in collaboration with partner agencies.
The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced statutory team, delivering high-quality adult protection interventions and contributing to positive outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake adult safeguarding enquiries and protection investigations
- Complete complex risk assessments and contribute to protection planning
- Work closely with health professionals, police, and multi-agency partners
- Chair and attend multi-agency meetings and case conferences
- Manage a varied caseload of adults with complex needs
- Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with statutory requirements
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and safeguarding outcomes
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with SSSC registration (or eligibility to register)
- Experience within adult safeguarding or adult protection services
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory duties
- Ability to manage high-risk and complex cases effectively
- Excellent communication, assessment, and report writing skills
Working Pattern
This role offers hybrid working and a condensed 4-day working week where preferred, subject to service needs and agreement.
