Haidilao was founded in 1994 and it provides authentic Sichuan hotpot. It is one of the most successful hotpot restaurant in China, that is famous for its high quality of service and aims to offer customers an exceptional unique dining experience. Currently, the company operates more than 1000 establishments worldwide. They are located in China, Singapore, USA, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Canada and many other countries. Haidilao established its first branch in Europe in central London in April last year and the second branch in east London in autumn this year. The one in Birmingham is the third branch, which will be opened in Summer 2021. As part of its international expansion strategy, Haidilao is looking to expand more branches across Europe.
Kitchen Assistant
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the speed and the accuracy of the dishes and hotpot condiment preparation
- Ensure the dishes and hotpot condiment are ready for table display
- Support the customer service
- Ensure the daily operation of kitchen
Capabilities
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin clearly and able to work in a team
- Be able to find out problems and solve them
- Be innovative and have organisational and leadership ability

- Initial probation period will be 3 months or less if you perform above expectation.
