The Role: Bar Supervisor
We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis.
You don’t need a long CV in hospitality to join us, we’ll provide the training you need to master your craft. We simply ask for people who are reliable, observant, and genuinely enjoy looking after others.
Your day as a Bar Supervisor will involve:
- Welcoming guests with a natural, professional manner
- Overseeing daily service, including opening and closing procedures
- Developing a strong knowledge of our menus to assist with food and drink orders
- Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly through attentive, polished service
- Training and supporting your team to maintain our high standards across the estate
Th successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor ideally gained in a similar environment
- An interest and appreciation for fine food & wine
- A confident communicator as it is important to liaise with guests and other team members
