They are seeking a Service Manager to oversee two supported living services in Tarporley and Chester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about developing teams and delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.
Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in leading the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care, CQC compliance, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help maintain regulatory requirements, oversee staff performance and development, and promote a positive, person-centred culture. You will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of high-quality care, monitoring staffing levels and rotas, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to audits and quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will be an effective leader and communicator, committed to staff development, continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding outcomes for the people supported.
About you:
You will have experience working within health and social care, in a supervisory or management capacity, such as a Support Team Leader, Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Home Manager, or Registered Manager. You will be confident supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. A Level 3, 4 or 5 qualification in Health and Social Care is required; however, support may be available for the right candidate to achieve this qualification. Above all, you will be a compassionate and motivated leader who is committed to achieving positive outcomes for the people you support.
