Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate records. Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, documents, and records in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for various departments
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders to ensure availability of necessary materials
- Handling basic bookkeeping duties including invoicing and expense tracking
- Ensuring the office environment remains organised and welcoming for staff and visitors
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and QuickBooks
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy for data entry tasks
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document management is advantageous

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
