3D Facilities Support are a well-established and expanding facilities / HVAC company looking to recruit an Service Coordinator Assistant to join our growing team, in our modern and spacious offices based in Sutton Coldfield. This is a varied role in a friendly but busy office environment.

- Full time (Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm or Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm & Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm)

About the Role:
This position is office based.
We are looking for a highly organised, quick thinking candidate with excellent administration and telephone skills, alongside an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and other computer systems. A desire to learn and become an integral part of the team is also key.
The Role Includes:
- Handling of and dealing with inbound calls and emails
- In-house engineer and subcontractor scheduling
- Engineer diary management
- Raising jobs on in house field management system
- Ordering parts
- Processing orders
- Liaising with customers to arrange works
- Obtaining Customer POs
- Sending Customer Quotations
- Engineer timesheet processing and checking
- Maintenance of electronic filing systems
- Typing of letters and quotations
- General administration and office duties within the Service department
- Any other general administration duties as required, including supporting other functions and departments of the business as may be required
Essential Skills:
- A confident and personable individual who is able to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills and will have the ability to build relationships quickly
- Excellent IT literacy and typing skills (knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used packages
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Proactive and a flexible team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, spelling, grammar and accuracy
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, and conscientious
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing workloads
