Summary
We are seeking a Roster Coordinator to join our team at Care Solutions Homecare Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff schedules and ensuring that our clients receive consistent and reliable care. Your organisational skills will be vital in supporting our mission of delivering high-quality homecare services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for client care.
- Coordinate with care staff to accommodate scheduling needs and preferences.
- Monitor attendance and manage any staffing issues that arise.
- Utilize scheduling software to optimize staff assignments and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding schedule changes and updates.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to staffing and client care.
- On call as part of a roster
Requirements
- Proven experience in roster management or scheduling in a domicillary setting.
- Experience in domiciliary care and knowledge of the local areas is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and data entry.
- Familiarity with software - Access Care Planning and People planner
- UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle due to on call commitments
