- Week 1: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Week 2: Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Salary: £13.97 per hour
Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join our well-established client based in the Blackwood area. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dedicated team within a well-established manufacturing company.
Job Description
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet the company’s high-quality standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitoring the production process and ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Packing, labelling, and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting any faults or issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work rotating shift patterns
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Safety boots may be required
