Corporate Consultant Lawyer
Consultant / Fee Share Basis (70/30 Split)

We are looking to expand our Corporate team and are seeking an experienced Corporate Consultant Lawyer to join us on a consultant fee-share basis (70/30 split).
This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial corporate lawyer who has an established client following or strong business development capability and is looking to work within a supportive and collaborative firm without the constraints of traditional law firm structures.
You will advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including:
Mergers and acquisitions
Shareholder agreements and company restructuring
Investment and funding rounds
Joint ventures and partnerships
Corporate governance and compliance
General corporate advisory work
You will have the flexibility to manage your own client relationships and workload while benefiting from the infrastructure and support of the firm.
70/30 fee share split

We are looking for lawyers who:
Are UK qualified Solicitors
Have significant experience in corporate law
Have strong client relationship and business development skills
Are comfortable working in a consultant-led environment
Are motivated, entrepreneurial and client-focused
An existing client following is highly desirable but not essential for candidates with a strong track record of developing business.
