Finance & Xero Specialist (eCommerce & Inventory)

- About the Role
We are a growing eCommerce and distribution business operating across Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Temu.
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Specialist with strong Xero experience to manage daily financial operations, reporting, and cash flow.
- Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks:
- Record and manage supplier invoices (purchase invoices) in Xero
- Reconcile sales across all platforms
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage payroll (weekly and monthly staff)
- Track and manage outgoing payments
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Manage stock reconciliation (Xero vs Linnworks vs physical stock)
- Support Amazon Vendor invoicing and financial tracking
- Prepare P&L reports
Reporting & Cash Flow:
- Monitor and manage cash flow
- Forecast upcoming payments and financial position
- Provide clear financial insights to support business decisions
- Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Xero (essential)
- Experience in eCommerce or inventory-based businesses
- Strong understanding of multi-channel reconciliation
- Experience with payroll
- High attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience with Amazon (Vendor or Seller)
- Experience with inventory systems (e.g. Linnworks)
- Strong understanding of stock and cost tracking
