Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to a variety of commercial vehicles, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles by cleaning, masking, and sanding surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Mix paints and coatings accurately according to specifications.
- Operate spray guns and other painting equipment efficiently to apply even coats of paint.
- Perform touch-ups and finish work to achieve the desired colour match and finish quality.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments or rework as required.
- Assist with vehicle assembly or disassembly as needed during the painting process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in vehicle painting or a related role within an automotive or industrial setting.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to vehicle components and repair processes.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment used in painting applications.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or awkwardly shaped components.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for colour matching and finish quality.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
