Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team in. This role is vital in delivering exceptional home-based care that aligns with our commitment to enhancing clients' quality of life. The position is based in and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal and domestic care to clients in their homes, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Develop and follow personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Proven experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not neccessary as full training will be given.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping.
