Reporting: Prepare simple activity summaries, office updates, task reports, and operational notes for supervisors or management.
Office Support: Assist with scheduling, email handling, document preparation, basic purchasing support, and general office organisation.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in office administration, operations support, business support, customer service, client coordination, or office coordination is preferred.

Communication Skills: You can write clear emails, speak professionally, and coordinate confidently with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
Attention to Detail: You notice missing information, document errors, and deadline risks before they become bigger problems.
Tooling: You are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared files, calendars, and basic office systems.
Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise work, follow up properly, and keep office operations running smoothly.
