We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and hands-on individual to support management and oversee the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Chase customer payments.
- Answer phones and manage emails.
- Process eBay and online orders, including shipping and returns.
- Order office and cleaning supplies.
- Check prices and maintain records.
- Manage council, factory, and company paperwork.
- Update websites, products, brands, contracts, and agreements.
- Arrange meetings, travel, and tickets.
- Maintain Excel databases, reports, charts, and presentations.
- Document and improve company systems and procedures.

- Highly efficient, organised, and detail-oriented.
