Electrician – Social Housing Maintenance (Gravesend, Northfleet & Dartford)
Rate: £240 per day
Contract: Approximately 3 months (with potential for extension)
Payment: CIS or Limited Company
Location: Gravesend, Northfleet & Dartford
We are looking for an experienced, reliable Electrician to join our team carrying out electrical maintenance works within occupied social housing properties across Gravesend, Northfleet and Dartford.
The Role
The work will primarily involve:
- Remedial electrical works following inspections
- Fire alarm and smoke alarm installations/replacements
- General electrical maintenance and repairs
- Some EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
- Working in occupied domestic properties
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own van
- Public Liability Insurance (and relevant insurances)
- Own tools and testing equipment
- Experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance is preferred
