WAREHOUSE AND POLYSTYRENE OPERATIVE. FORKLIFT LICENSE ESSENTIAL
Duties include measuring and cutting polystyrene to customers specifications as well as moving the product to various areas within the factory. The job is extremely physically demanding and requires a good level of fitness. Basic math's essential, as well as good organisational and measuring skills, must be able to use a tape measure. Attention to detail essential for loading using paperwork. Must be able to work independently and as part of a small team , to be self motivated to finish a job in a timely matter. Own transport essential for travelling to and from work due to a village location ( Foggathorpe YO8 6PR, approximately 10 miles out of Selby). Full time employment, hours are Mon-Thurs 8am to 5pm, Friday 7-4pm. Starting rate £13.78 per hour, with potential for progression. Hours for under 18s are 40 hours per week and rate of pay £10.50 per hour with potential for progression.
