About Goom Electrical
Goom Electrical is a growing electrical contractor delivering high-quality services within the social housing sector, specialising in large Scale EICR Programmes. Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of long-term contracts, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrician (Domestic Tester) to join our team in Swindon.

The Role
Working on behalf of Housing Associations across Swindon, you will be responsible for carrying out:
- EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) testing and inspections
- Identification and reporting of C1, C2's.
- Remedial Works
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Potential detector replacements
- Some Communal work
- Consumer Unit (CCU) / Distribution Board upgrades and replacements
- Ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and company standards
- Maintaining excellent customer service while working in occupied properties

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- ECS Card (or willingness to obtain)
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification, or willingness to book and work towards obtaining it
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
