We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues efficiently
- Support baristas with drink preparation when necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Assist in setting up events or special functions as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred, including restaurant or barista experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Basic food preparation skills are desirable but not essential
- A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing our establishment effectively
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
