What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a skilled and passionate Barista who takes pride in every drink they make. From perfect espresso shots to jaw-dropping latte art, we want someone who can create beverages that wow our customers while delivering exceptional service every time.
Your Role
- Craft Perfect Drinks: Consistently make outstanding coffee and other beverages to a high standard.
- Show Off Latte Art: Use your creativity to produce eye-catching latte art that keeps customers coming back.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Create a warm, welcoming environment with excellent customer service at both the counter and table.
- Support the Team: Assist with serving customers, keeping the café clean and organized, and helping create a seamless experience.
What We Need from You
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a barista, with proven latte art skills.
- Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing excellent service.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently craft drinks to the highest standard.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working a variety of shifts and supporting other café operations.
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: £13.50/hour, £14.00 after successful probation.
