We are seeking compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) on a flexible, as needed basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting with the assessment, delivery, and evaluation of safe, high quality care for sick, preterm, and vulnerable babies.
As a bank member of staff, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly around your commitments while gaining valuable experience in a highly specialised clinical environment. You will support our teams and provide essential care and reassurance to babies and their families during some of their most challenging moments.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference while enjoying the flexibility of bank work. If you are passionate about neonatal care and committed to providing outstanding support to babies and their families, we would love to hear from you.

There will be an expectation of a flexible approach to shifts patterns with a commitment to participate in the on call service after appropriate training.

We offer a form of weekly pay via Wagestream. Bank Pay is an easy way to automatically get paid a percentage of the money you've already earned from any bank shifts completed the previous week. It means you don't have to wait until the end of the month for your bank shift pay, giving you more flexibility.
Don't worry - the remaining portion of your pay is set aside to make sure your tax contributions are paid in full and if your tax contributions amount to less than the money set aside you'll receive it all back at the end of each month.
