Catering General Manager Required – South West London – 4 Month Contract £55-£60k
Fire Group are looking to recruit an experienced General Manager for one of our Clients’ Head Office in South West London.
This is a 4 month contract, with potential to lead to a full-time position within one of the UK’s finest Contract Caterers, the Head Office being of a Global Brand.
The main requirements for the role are:
· Stabilise the newly mobilised site
· Supporting the Growth of the Leadership Team
· Ensuring all operational fundamentals are implemented and worked through
· Bring structure to the operation
The site has:
· Footfall of around 2000 people daily
· 5 x Food Outlets
· A Coffee Shop
· Corporate Hospitality
We would be able to offer (pro rata) around £55 - £60k for the right candidate. We are looking to move quickly on this position so if you apply and are a good fit, expect a call from us right away!!
