Home From Home Nursery & Pre-school is a growing, family-owned group dedicated to providing nurturing, home-like environments for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Our brand-new Molesey setting will embody our ethos: high staff-to-child ratios, a cozy “hygge” atmosphere, and a curriculum centered on emotional wellbeing, play, and comfort.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our new Molesey team. You will be the driving force behind our home-grown curriculum, staff development, and a culture of warmth and excellence. This is an opportunity to shape a new setting from the ground up, creating a truly hygge-inspired environment where children and staff feel safe, valued, and at home.

- Safeguarding Champion: Strong knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS statutory framework.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent communicator with parents, staff, and the local community.
- Operational Expertise: Skilled in rota planning, budgeting, and maintaining high standards day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a new team, embedding our values and hygge-inspired curriculum
- Ensure exceptional standards of care, safety, and compliance at all times
- Build strong relationships with families, supporting smooth transitions and ongoing communication
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children and staff
- Engage with the local community and drive enrolment through partnership and outreach
