Job Summary
We are seeking a top-performing Sales & Marketing professional who can consistently generate new business, close deals, and drive measurable revenue growth. This is a high-performance, target driven role with no room for underperformance. You will be expected to build your own pipeline, win new clients, and deliver results from day one. Strong telephone sales ability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and close new business opportunities through direct outreach (cold calling is essential)
- Consistently exceed aggressive sales targets
- Build and manage a high quality sales pipeline independently
- Negotiate and close commercial deals with confidence and urgency
- Execute marketing activity focused on lead generation and conversion
- Monitor performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Take responsibility for your own results with minimal supervision
Requirements – Do not apply unless you meet these
- Proven track record of winning new clients and closing deals
- Consistent history of exceeding sales targets (not just meeting them)
- Strong cold calling ability and excellent telephone communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and commercially driven
- Strong discipline in managing pipeline and personal performance
This role is NOT suitable if you:
- Rely mainly on inbound leads or account maintenance
- Struggle with cold calling or direct outreach
- Require close supervision or structured step-by-step guidance
- Do not consistently hit or exceed targets
Preferred
- Experience in both sales and marketing led lead generation
