We are seeking reliable CSCS Site Welfare Cleaner to join our construction site team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in welfare facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all site personnel.
Duties
- Clean and sanitise welfare facilities, including toilets, washbasins, kitchens, and rest areas, ensuring they meet health and safety standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of communal areas such as corridors, entrances, and outdoor spaces around the site
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet rolls, and other consumables as needed
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or contamination
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly
- Adhere to site-specific procedures and policies regarding hygiene standards and environmental considerations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning duties on construction sites
- Valid CSCS card
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
Working hours: 12:30 - 17:30 ( 25hours per week)
