PALM is a London-based property management company looking for a reliable, well-presented freelance Viewing Coordinator to conduct property and room viewings across South East London (SE postcodes - Bermondsey, Canada Water, Rotherhithe, Peckham, Camberwell and surrounding areas).
You will be the face of our properties to prospective tenants. The role is paid per viewing attended, with a bonus for each successful move-in, so it suits someone local who wants flexible, well-paid work that fits around other commitments.
What you will do
- Conduct room and property viewings, arriving 10 minutes early
- Build rapport with prospective tenants and present the property well
- Explain house rules, rent, bills and tenancy basics
- Take photos or short videos where requested
- Report any maintenance issues spotted during a visit
- Ensure the property is locked and secure after each viewing
- Submit a short viewing outcome report immediately afterwards (WhatsApp or simple form)
What we are looking for
- Excellent communication and a friendly, professional manner
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable meeting new people
- Based in or near SE London and able to travel independently
- Available evenings and weekends
- A smartphone with WhatsApp
Desirable (not essential)
- Lettings, property or customer service experience
- Familiarity with OpenRent or SpareRoom
Pay: Competitive per-viewing rate plus a move-in bonus. Discussed at interview.
