For 50 years Transvalair remains one of the UK's premier independent freight forwarding and logistics specialists with sites throughout the UK, due to expansion we are looking to recruit a Class 2 HGV driver at our depot in Manor Royal, Crawley.
Driving a brand-new vehicle with sat-nav and air-con your entire route will be organised for you and the vehicle will be pre-loaded so all you do in the morning is collect the keys with an average of 20 pallet drops/collections per day in the RH area.
You will depending on pallet load, be driving predominantly 18T/10T vehicles.
We are looking for drivers who can deliver an excellent standard of customer service and comfortable with pallet drops. You must have at least 1 year’s HGV driving experience within the UK, drivers CPC card and held your HGV licence for a minimum of 2 years, if successful the company will carry out a DBS disclosure.
You will be working Monday to Friday 07.30 – 17.30, with the opportunity for overtime. Full Health & Safety training and high quality branded uniform will be provided.
