- Out of Season 09.00 - 17.00 (January to September)
- In Season 07.30 – 18.00 (September to December)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Line Supervisor to ensure our production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with high standards of quality and safety. You will play a key role in driving performance, supporting operational excellence, and maintaining a well‑organised workflow.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, support, and guide a team in a fast‑paced production environment. You will be expected to lead by example, maintain a positive working culture, and ensure that daily targets and quality expectations are consistently achieved.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production or warehouse environment.
- Strong background in warehouse operations, including effective inventory management.
- The ability to identify troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to set, drive and achieve performance KPIs.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with effective communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a team.
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset with a commitment to quality and safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to problem solve effectively and make sound decisions under pressure
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting all daily targets that are set by management
- Managing your team effectively to get the targets completed
- Keeping your work area clean & tidy after each job and at the end of each day
- Applying good people management and organising your team effectively to get better productivity out of your staff
- Undertake accurate job-costings to every job that you are set
- Completing production books carefully and accurately each day
- Assess the quality of all products to be sure they are of the highest standard
- Carrying out checks and completing BRC paperwork for the following:
- Personal Hygiene checks
- Daily Production checks
- Glass and hard brittle plastic checks
- Case Knife & Scissor Control Logs
- Plaster Issue & Monitoring Logs
- Helping in all areas of the warehouse as needed
- Preparation of premises for next days work.
