**The Role:**
We’re seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with key children experience to lead and support our team during term time hours (9 am - 3 pm). You will:
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with your key children and their families
- Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and development
- Be part of our wonderful team and share your knowledge and enthusiasm
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment every day
**You’ll Be Our Ideal Candidate If You:**
- Have proven experience as an Early Years Practitioner
- Are skilled in managing a group of key children, report writing and developing next steps
- Demonstrate a loving, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare
- Hold relevant early years qualifications (e.g., Level 3 or above)
- Are ready to contribute to our vibrant team and the community we serve
