Senior Cloud Solutions Architect
We're looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions. If you have a strong background in cloud architecture, enterprise transformation, and stakeholder engagement, this is an opportunity to shape innovative cloud strategies and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud architecture solutions.
- Lead cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders.
- Define cloud architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
- Produce high-quality solution designs, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
- Mentor architects and engineering teams on cloud technologies and architecture principles.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend strategic improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
- Strong expertise with at least one major cloud platform:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience designing highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Cloud networking
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Security and governance
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep)
- Containers and Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with microservices and cloud-native application architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading technical workshops and architecture reviews.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Google Professional Cloud Architect
- TOGAF certification (desirable)
- Experience working within enterprise or consultancy environments.
