Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Work with an international client base to understand their hiring needs & problems
- Advertise roles and create engaging strategies to attract top talent
- Interview candidates to match their skills to exciting opportunities
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Bring on new business and grow your niche patch
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree Required OR
- B2B/C2C Sales OR
- Recruitment experience (6 months+)
- A strong desire to work hard & succeed
- Someone social and ambitious
