The Role
As Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites within your designated area. You will lead and support cleaning teams, maintain high service standards, and build strong relationships with clients.
This is a hands-on, mobile role suited to someone with previous supervisory or facilities management experience who can work independently and confidently manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
- Supervise, support and motivate cleaning teams to maintain high standards.
- Ensure all sites meet agreed cleaning, quality and hygiene requirements.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, schedules and resources effectively.
- Build positive client relationships and deal with any service concerns promptly.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed across all cleaning activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide updates and reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
About You
- Previous supervisory experience within cleaning, facilities management or a similar environment.
- Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites is essential.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
- Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident communication skills and a professional approach to client interaction.
- Able to work independently, prioritise workloads and make informed decisions.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a cleaning environment.
