We are looking to recruit a Home Administrator within our Company Johnson Care Ltd.
As a Home Administrator, you will be a key member of the team in supporting with the administration by handling a variety of tasks. In your role, you will be supporting the homes Registered Manager, Head Office Team, Residents, HR and much more.
Daily duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the reception phone lines
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Assisting with the recruitment of new staff such as inviting candidates in for interviews and ensuring the correct paperwork is compiled for Head Office to process the applicant.
- General office administration
- Provide administration support to various departments of the Care Home
- Support the Registered Manager with the homes Quality Assurance, Marketing of the home, Health & Safety, among others.
- Liaise with care agencies/authorities
Skills/Requirements:
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills in a fast pace environment
- Must be computer literate with Microsoft Word/Excel, Outlook and online interfaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks within timescales
- Previous experience in the care sector is advantageous but not essential
- Driving Licence & Car owner may be beneficial
