Home Farm Café is a friendly and busy Café situated on the Parke estate, Bovey Tracey.
We are looking to fill a front of house role for 3-4 shifts per week on average roughly 25-35 hours per week with potential for more hours if wanted.
This is a permanent role NOT a seasonal role for school holidays. Some level of relevant experience is essential with further training available.
Hours and days will vary, however availability to work at weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is essential. We operate a fair system of time off at weekends to maintain a good work life balance and provide rotas three weeks in advance so everyone can plan ahead.
About the role:-
- General cleaning and washing up duties
- Serving food & drinks to customers
- Making teas, coffees and drinks
- Taking orders/handling cash accurately using an EPOS till
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Adhering to Health & Safety / Food Safety procedures

What to expect:-
- Hourly rate of £10.00 to £12.71 per hour depending on age
- 28 days paid holiday pro rata
- No split shifts
- Lunch on duty, plus as much tea and coffee as you like
