About the Opportunity
FCF Academy is acting on behalf of one of our innovative technology partners to source experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interns.
This opportunity is with an exciting AI software company operating within the real estate technology sector. Successful candidates will undertake a 12-month commission-only internship directly with our partner company, gaining practical commercial experience while helping grow an innovative AI SaaS business.
Please note that FCF Academy is acting solely as a sourcing partner for this internship opportunity. We are not recruiting employees on behalf of our partner.
About the Internship
This is not an entry-level internship.
We're looking for candidates who already possess commercial or sales experience and want to further develop their abilities within an ambitious AI startup.
Rather than teaching basic sales, this internship is designed to refine, enhance and accelerate the skills you already possess while exposing you to modern SaaS sales methodologies and AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Contact prospective business customers.
- Conduct discovery conversations.
- Book software demonstrations.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective customers.
- Consistently achieve agreed KPIs and activity targets.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for individuals who:
- Have previous experience in Sales, SDR, BDR, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer Success, Real Estate, Financial Services or another commercial role.
- Have excellent spoken and written English.
- Are confident communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Are entrepreneurial, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Possess a genuine can-do attitude.
- Thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Have a genuine interest in AI, technology and SaaS.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (UK Time)
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (EST)
Fully remote.

Selection Process
As part of the internship selection process, shortlisted candidates must be willing to:
- Complete a background check.
- Complete professional reference checks.
- Provide a minimum of two professional references from previous managers, supervisors, business associates or universtity
- Demonstrate previous commercial or sales experience during the interview process.
