We are looking for Seasonal Nursery Operatives to join our team during the busy spring and summer period at our plant nursery.
This is a hands-on role working across both the nursery and warehouse, helping to prepare and dispatch plant orders. Please note we have multiple sites across Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and selecting plant stock for customer orders
- Checking orders for accuracy and labelling correctly
- Preparing plants for packing and dispatch
- Packing orders within the warehouse
- General nursery duties, including watering and plant maintenance
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Previous plant knowledge is not essential, but an interest in horticulture would be an advantage.
Working Hours & Pay:
- Flexible working hours available
- Weekend work may be required
