KITCHEN LEADER / GELATO CHEF – FULL TIME, PERMANENT

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on KITCHEN LEADER AND GELATO CHEF ready to grow with a fast-expanding, high-standard business.
This is a Full-Time role, requiring 40 hours per week and full availability
The Opportunity
This role is designed for career progression. With the right attitude, performance, and leadership, this position can develop into Management roles (if there is interest, it is not mandatory to develop into manegerial roles)
You’ll receive full training in:
- Kitchen Standards & Operations
- Artisanal gelato production
- Team leadership & staff development within the kitchen
- Compliance & business management
- Stock control, monitoring and management
Your Role
- Daily gelato and kitchen production
- Ensure all products meet company recipes, standards, and presentation
- Monitor consistency, texture, and flavour quality
- Manage stock rotation, labelling, and food safety compliance (FIFO)
- Lead by example and as an exeptional team player
- Manage kitchen orders including dairy, ingredients, stock, and quality standards
- Train, motivate, and support the future kitchen team
- Ensure full compliance with UK food safety & H&S regulations
We’re Looking For
- OUTSTANDING HYGIENE STANDARDS
- Proactive, hands-on, can-do attitude for a fast-paced environemt.
- Quick learner
- Capable of receiving feedbacks for growth and to meet company standards
- Previous leadership in hospitality
- Food production experience and understanding preferable
- Level 3 Food Handling certificate
- Strong understanding of allergens, cross contmination
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and professionalism
- Full flexibility ( weekends, peak seasons)
- A proactive, growth-focused mindset
