About Us
Relish School Food are a Fresh Food company specialising in the education market (Primary, Secondary and Special Needs schools).
We are looking for an Area Support Manager to join our Operations team providing catering services to our West Midlands Schools.
Note: Must have access to own transport (insured for business use).
- Job Type: Term-time only, working 39 weeks a year, getting paid during summer holidays/half terms, Permanent, Monday to Friday
- Salary: £15 per hour
- Hours: 35 hours per week (potential to go to 37.50 hrs p/w, start/finish times between 07:00 am to 15:00 - Flexibility is a must for this role.
- Mileage: 45p/mile
The successful candidate will require experience in managing teams, good financial acumen, experience of budgets and working with clients as well as a chef background, passion for food, service and to achieve the ultimate goal of excellence in all areas.
We are looking for a committed and flexible person who is keen to progress and drive the companies values forward to retain existing contracts and provide future growth .
The role will see you work closely with the Operations Manager and on site teams to manage the catering offer and financial budgets, manage any day to day requirements to cover vacant positions, training of the team, building relationships with the school & clients, with the long-term aim to expand the role as the business grows.
***Full induction and training of the system will be given by our experienced Operations Manager***.
