Due to expansion we are looking for a qualified Dental Nurse to join our friendly independent dental team. The job includes general chairside dental nursing and reception duties.
Job Summary:
You will play a vital role in supporting the dentist in all aspects of patient care. This will include preparing instruments, maintaining excellent hygiene standards and providing patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatments.
- Prepare and maintain the dental surgery, including instruments and materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols.
- Take responsibility for sterilisation and disinfection of dental equipment.
- Provide support and reassurance to patients before, during, and after treatment.
- Record patient information and dental charts accurately.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection compliance.
- Manage laboratory work
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, taking payments, and updating records (where required).
- Process intraoral radiographs
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe working environment

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (required)
- Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
