We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Volkswagen dealership in Warrington.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey

Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries
-
Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs
-
Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates
-
Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate

Ensuring all customer expectations are met and exceeded
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry (essential)

Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone

A target-driven mindset with the ability to maximise sales opportunities

Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A professional, customer-focused approach

Full UK driving licence
