Duties
· Respond to customer enquiries via email, providing prompt and professional support
· Contact customers to verify account information and maintain accurate records
· Carry out general administrative duties, including data entry and document management
· Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and resolving queries
· Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when required
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support internal teams with administrative tasks
What we are looking for
· Previous customer service experience
· Excellent its skills and proficient in MS applications
· Passion for problem solving
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Willingness to go above and beyond, a quick learner and adaptable
