This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the sourcing, coordination and delivery of products from concept through to completion, working closely with suppliers, factories and internal teams.
This role would particularly suit candidates from backgrounds such as:
- Homeware
- Gifts
- Accessories
- Toys
- Lifestyle products
- Fashion accessories
- Other creative consumer product environments
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the sourcing and coordination of products and suppliers
- Liaising with factories and suppliers regarding production and timelines
- Managing critical paths and ensuring deadlines are met
- Supporting pricing, product administration and supplier communication
- Working closely with internal departments including sales and operations
- Maintaining accurate product and stock information
- Supporting the development of new and existing product ranges
The successful candidate will be:
- Highly organised and detail focused
- Commercially aware with a creative mindset
- Confident communicating with suppliers and stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive and hands-on in their approach
Previous experience within buying, merchandising, sourcing or product coordination would be highly advantageous.
